Neuroplasticity: StarShine Policies: Well Being and Wealth: Be It, Teach It, Improve the World
Neuroplasticity is how your brain wires constantly. Your brain affects your mind which affects everything in your life. Well-being and wealth is something everyone can learn. Nature, God, wants every living thing to experience better and more...just look at fruit or birds or seeds...Human beings, earthlings can be more but we all need to help one another. Kindness, personal responsibility, compassion and love are key.

The Franklin Covey planner system helped me to learn organization and focus when I was in my twenties.
I directed a sales organization once and by focusing on one of these attributes each week, we increased our net bottom-line by 300% in one year and was on the front cover of many magazines, including INC.
I founded StarShine Academy Schools in 2002 to bring success training into K-12, starting with Nobility Training from the Renaissance. We now support schools, homeschools and mission schools throughout the world. At our Quintessential Institute we teach Leaders (Teachers) to be Leaders. I hope these blogs help you.
The things I teach in my coaching of highly exceptional, successful women are timeless concepts. Benjamin Franklin is one my favorite influencers. At this beginning of a new year, I always like to get back to basics: goal setting, focus, priorities. What I want to bring about, I think about. Sometimes you may wonder why certain parts of your life don't seem to be doing what you hoped for. This is the time to adjust thinking...it is always about thinking. Thoughts are things, producing the results we get. Happy New Year. I wish you everything good and then for you to help someone else.
Benjamin Franklin writes about how he started a process of self improvement by focusing on various virtues:
1. TEMPERANCE. Eat not to dullness; drink not to elevation.
2. SILENCE. Speak not but what may benefit others or yourself; avoid trifling conversation.
3. ORDER. Let all your things have their places; let each part of your business have its time.
4. RESOLUTION. Resolve to perform what you ought; perform without fail what you resolve.
5. FRUGALITY. Make no expense but to do good to others or yourself; i.e., waste nothing.
6. INDUSTRY. Lose no time; be always employ'd in something useful; cut off all unnecessary actions.
7. SINCERITY. Use no hurtful deceit; think innocently and justly, and, if you speak, speak
accordingly.
8. JUSTICE. Wrong none by doing injuries, or omitting the benefits that are your duty.
9. MODERATION. Avoid extreams; forbear resenting injuries so much as you think they deserve.
10. CLEANLINESS. Tolerate no uncleanliness in body, cloaths, or habitation.
11. TRANQUILLITY. Be not disturbed at trifles, or at accidents common or unavoidable.
12. CHASTITY. Rarely use venery but for health or offspring, never to dulness, weakness, or the injury of your own or another's peace or reputation.
13. HUMILITY. Imitate Jesus and Socrates.
The Franklin Covey planner system helped me to learn organization and focus when I was in my twenties.
